My first location was in the music studio.
The constraints of working in a music studio is that the lighting is very poor, quite dark and often yellow lighting. This can make shooting difficult without a flash. I like the depth of field in some of theses images and the detail in the parts in the correct focus. Using the 50mm f1.8 allowed me to get these types of depth of field in the images and allowed me to let more light into the camera. However it made it quite difficult to get the correct focus in the decisive moment. I had to use selective autofocus to stop the camera trying to focus on the background instead of the main subject. This aperture also made it quite difficult because the subjects would move back and forward and out of focus.
